@cssdoc/cem — generate a Custom Elements Manifest from the cssdoc model. cssdoc's vocabulary is CEM-shaped (@cssproperty, @csspart, @cssstate), so each documented record maps to a declaration carrying cssProperties, cssParts, and cssStates — making the model interoperable with the CEM tooling ecosystem.
